CAPAC Chair Congratulates Gautam Raghavan as President Biden’s Director of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel

Washington, DC – Today, President Joe Biden announced that he has named Gautam Raghavan to be the Director of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, making him the first South Asian American to hold an Assistant to the President position. Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) Chair Rep. Judy Chu (CA-27) issued the following statement:
